Despite the nickname given to love handles, they are not necessarily good for you. Beer gut, saddle bag, another affectionate name that no one wants. Nor do they want a muffin top to drag around. All of these things refer to the extra weight that sits on the waistband of your pants when you gain too much weight. Any surplus fat you take in, your body will store in these extra inches. Getting rid of your love handles however, takes a certain amount of patience. Rapid weight loss isn’t good for you. A slow pace is better for your health in the long run.
